How does writing Articles fit into Internet Marketing?

One of the main strategies that I have used when I first started Internet Marketing was writing Articles. In fact this article that you are reading now was created on a Article based web site called EzineArticles.com. There are many pros to writing articles and putting them out online to help you with your Internet Based - Affiliate Marketing.

With the new Web 2.0 and blogging sites popping up all over the internet today, it is quickly becoming the newest wave to hit the world wide web. Like it or not, it is here to stay. What Web 2.0 is all about, is social networking with like minded groups of people. This way people can belong to different blogs or groups that match their interests.

Well if you are good at writing, even the tiniest amount, then writing articles to put on blogs will help you on your marketing efforts. Articles, such as product reviews, specification documents, how-to, etc can all be used in conjunction with blogs and marketing your product or service.

The other great thing about article marketing is that it is free. This is truly a strategy that every beginning internet marketer should be using as it helps get your mindset focused on how to be creative in selling your product or service. The more you do it, the better you get, and ultimately when done right, the more money you will make. This is such a great strategy that everyone from beginners to pros need to be consistent with as you want to market to the pulse of the audience that you are targeting.

Why I recommend also recommend article marketing because you can earn money to fund more advanced strategies like PPC (pay per click). This is a very smart move on your part to do it this way. Too many people try Internet Marketing by using their hard earned dollars first, then jump right in and spend, spend, spend on course that is out there. Tossing money at PPC is also highly risky when you do not know what you are doing. What happens is you get frustrated, broke and give up. Don't let this happen to you. Go the article marketing route, get the pleasure of earning some cash, then use that money to fund your business. It is a win-win at this point.
