SEO and the Content Between the Jingles

Have you ever wondered why radio stations use jingles? A mini-song (jingle) is played several times each hour. Listeners can get to the place where they know that jingle by heart and can sing it even when the radio is off. The jingle is used going into a weather break or back into music. The jingle seems ever present on radio, but why?

The reason many radio stations use the jingle is the same reason online business conforms to Search Engine Optimization (SEO). The more you tastefully use either the jingle for radio or keywords for your business website the more visibility you generate.

If done correctly the keywords that you use in the totality of your content will be very apparent if the reader is looking for it, but undetectable to most readers. That means that the content is not 'stuffed' with keywords or key phrases. The content should flow very naturally without feeling as though you are tripping over the same words over and over again.

It's the same way with radio jingles, they are audibly present, but should mesh well with everything else that is offered on the airwaves to allow the repeated message to be absorbed in an acceptable way.

SEO can be a bit like picking the best keyword to brand your site and utilizing them to your advantage while making sure the overall content of your site is worthwhile to your site visitor.

We've all logged into sites that either overdo the keywords or have content that is less satisfying than it would be if they would stick to the primary directive. Not only is it no fun to try to read from these sites it is also a key motivator in deciding not to return.

One of the secrets to SEO keyword phrasing is to write an article that conveys a thought. Structure your descriptions and company data to help the reader clearly understand what you do, while the infusion of keywords takes a necessary second place. Yes, keywords are vitally important, but not at the expense of losing prospects just when you get them to visit your site.

In a best-case scenario the reader should have no 'first blush' clue as to what your keyword or phrase is. They begin reading your content because they believe it will assist them in understanding the product or topic better. The information should be sound enough that the consumer leaves satisfied that they found quality information.

This can be a thin line to walk, but it is important to give search engines the keywords they need to rank you without making your website something that attempts only to cater to search engines. Real people will be reading your site as well.

Many businesses that try to stuff keywords into their content are often losers on two fronts. First they do not appeal well to consumers that will actually be the ones making the buying decisions. Secondly as search engines continue to refine and advance their methods of selection they will often detect 'stuffing' and penalize the site accordingly.

Keywords can help consumers and search engines connect with your site, but just like jingles on radio there is a need for quality content in between.

Breakthrough Article Marketing - Managing your Article Marketing in 3 Simple Ways

The total quality management of a business's marketing arms takes more than what it expected. Difficult as it may seem, article marketing is simple and easy to manage when you know what direction it is going into. Below are three of the simplified ways on how you can manage the articles that you are using to have better marketing results:

1. Manage first your articles. Managing articles involves proper manufacturing of article materials to be used for wide distribution. You have to make sure that there is a specific program of schedule that is being followed as to when each article will be released and posted on the publishing sites that you have chosen. You also have to properly check the quality of every article that goes out from your business entity as every article that you release bears your business identity and may put your credibility at risk.

2. After carefully managing your articles, work on managing your marketing mechanism. In this portion, you have to make sure that all plans and strategies about how you can effectively market your articles should be laid out. Manage your resources based on the need to allot these on your marketing scheme. You may engage into some sort of paid advertisements to be able to maximize your marketing arms.

3. Lastly, you need to know when to stop and rev up the release of your marketing materials. This is best achieved by tracking and monitoring the daily and weekly progress and development that each article that you released on the net. Thru the monitoring that you conduct, you will have a view as to which part of the plan does well and does not perform well. In which case, you can then better determine what could be wrong with your material and your marketing plan.

Internet Presence - How to Slash Google Adword Cost By 80% In 3 Months

Establishing and/or increasing your visible Internet presence is easier than most SEO experts would want you to believe. Increasing hit traffic to your site and ranking higher in Google also does not have to be a costly endeavor. You also don't need to be a technical wiz-kid to realize the results you're looking to achieve.

I recently read a blog post by Nazir Daud where he discussed how he slashed his Google Adwords cost by 80% in 3 months by taking advantage of some very simply principles.

David implemented the same simply principles that I've discussed in previous Internet presence articles.

In his blog post David states that he published lots of keyword rich content, containing links back to his homepage, on a highly trafficed professional networking site that has a lot of constantly changing blog content. He also leveraged the ability to post in the site's "marketplace".

As a result, Google indexes all of the content, and links back to his homepage, and drives the ranking of his homepage consistently higher by creating keyword associations with those links.

Note, this is not about simply creating and publishing content anywhere on the Internet.

The key is publishing content on a highly trafficed professional networking site that has a lot of constantly changing blog content. Why? Because Google loves these sites. Content on sites like this consistently rank higher than other content in Google.

More importantly, links to other sites are also indexed by Google, and as a result of being found on a highly trafficed professional networking site that has a lot of constantly changing blog content, the content behind those links are also driven higher in ranking.

After only 3 months of effort in a highly competitive space, Nazir goes on to explain that 80% of his traffic is free and his home page has a Google ranking of 4.

You can read in detail about how to implement these simple principles in my Internet Presence: Case Study - Recipe for Success. This case study discusses how I drove the home page of Search Advantage to the first page of Google in 30 days against the keyword phrase: Internet Presence

The great thing about all of this is you don't have to be a technologist or an SEO expert to implement any of it. Anyone can build a visible Internet presence. These principles are extremely powerful way to drive any content higher in search engine ranking against associated keyword phrases. This applies not only to keyword phrases associated with your business offerings, but it also applies to the very special keyword phrase that is your name.

What's even better is that the cost associated with this is simply the price of membership on a highly trafficed professional networking site that has a lot of constantly changing blog content. Compared to the costs associated with Google Adwords, this is about as close to free as you can get.

Whether you are simply trying to create more visible to for your business, or you are trying to create more visibility for yourself as a business professional, there isn't a business or business professional on the planet that wouldn't benefit from a more visible Internet presence.

Article Marketing - 6 Strategic Ways To Write An Article In Less Than 10 Minutes

These five strategies will vastly increase your article writing speed. If you just follow these tactics, you'll start pumping out articles every ten minutes. I promise.

6 strategic ways to make a successful article in less than 10 minutes

  1. Writing in bullet points is a great way to write article faster. Instead of trying to think of a way to make a sentence that connects your last sentence to the next one, you can just put up a bullet point. This is a fast way to write an article, and readers love it when you use bullet points.

  2. Using the backspace button will decrease your articles submission rate. Try your best not to use the back space. The more you use it, the slower your article writing becomes. The backspace button is your enemy!

  3. Do not write rough drafts and brain storms. This will decrease your article writing time. By the time your done writing the brainstorm and rough draft, you could have already written more than 5 articles waiting to be submitted. So don't write rough drafts or articles. This vastly decreases your article writing time.

  4. Writing without thinking is one of the best ways to write a fast article. Don't stop to think if your last sentence was good or not. Chances are that it was good enough. Just write and don't think about what to write about. Just do it. Let your subconscious flow through your fingertips and let your hands write you a successful article.

  5. Write about something that you know about. Writing about something you have that absolutely no idea what it's about will increase your writers block and decrease your articles submission time. Write about something you know!

  6. Split up your subject into sub topics. The more sub topics you have, the better. Then once your done breaking it up, start writing about each sub topic. This is a great way to write a fast article because your not trying to squeeze in every ounce of information about your subject. Your just trying to write small fragments about your subject.

This article only took me 8 minutes to write and now I am going to be working on my next one. Just follow these strategies, and your article writing speed will vastly increase!

Mixing Article Writing and PR - How-to Jumpstart Mega Publicity

Article promotions and public relations are closely related in the form that they both produce publicity. Combining the two practices can produce an enormous amount of mega exposure. PR allows you to deliver a message to the media and communicate with the public. Writing articles shows your expertise and positions you to gain public exposure.

Combining these two practices together can create mega publicity as well as a strong branding position. The more published opportunities you receive the more branding awareness you will experience. Once you add public relations this will increase publicity by allowing others to write a piece about you.

Try writing on a subject and then submit a media release on the same subject to the public. What this will do is credit you as an expert through the editorial related to the subject. The media release will communicate the message you want to send to the public via the press concerning the subject matter.

Mixing Articles and PR:

1. Topic Selection

Make sure that the piece that you write about is one that is also considered newsworthy to translate into a media release.

Examples:

Article: How to Manage Money Simple and Easy

Media Release: Expert Reveals How to Manage Money Simple and Easy

2. Promotion Sources

Start by submitting your article to a top article promotion website like Ezine Articles and then submit your release to the press via PR.com, they offer free press release services.

3. Blog Promotions

Promote the article on your own website blog and also in other website blogs. Reference the media release also in your blog and other website blogs.

The image of how the public perceives you are important to what kind of message you want to deliver. Using these two publicity builders to increase exposure adds value to your bottom line. At the end of the day, it is how you delivered your message that gets the most response. Positioning your brand to be a leader is always the best reward.

How To Make Affiliate Sales In 15 Minutes

If you are one of the 98.6% of affiliate members that never make one cent from affiliate sales or make small $5.00, $10.00 commissions, then this article is for you. Even if you are making nice checks, this will interest you.

You really can start to make affiliate sales in 15 minutes with Google Adwords.

Your ads will start appearing with 15 minutes for the keywords you have selected. If this has you scratching your head :o) I don't blame you. I was totally new to Adwords until I read about Chris Carpenter's experience in making $3,405 with just one ad in his very good ebook

You know those ads on the right side of the page of Google's search page? Well those are Adwords. You pay per click with the minimum at .05, which is less than Overture's .10 PPC. Placement of your ad is based on two factors, the Cost Per Click and your ad's Click Through Rate (CTR).

I have set my maximum CPC to .06 and the daily budget $5.00 until I see that the keywords I've selected are working and the affiliate program is making sales. To cut through a lot of learning curve you should find a niche keyword with Good Key Words or Word Tracker. The first is free and the second has a free trial. You can Also get some high paying Adword keywords (some Keywords pay $up to $80 per click!

The other is a software tool, Adword Analyzer.

It will find a list of related keywords, the number of searches per keyword and the number of advertising campaigns per keyword. Boy, do I love this software! I enter a keyword, say, mortgage, and it gives me all of the above in minutes. So you can find high traffic search terms that no one is buying Google Adwords for. Another use is to identify niches that are too competitive to enter. As you can imagine it will save money, time and most importantly find the search terms that you line up an affiliate for and start making money in minutes.

You see, that is the very essence of success with any affiliate program, finding a product that is hot, has little or no competition and developing an ad campaign for it.

The strategy that I use now is to find high paying keywords, buy a domain name with that keyword in it, create a simple landing page, add three Google Adsense ads (they allow up to three per page and don't forget to create Adsense channels for tracking) then I optimize the page with the keyword in the title, spread throughout the body (top, middle and bottom), add articles for content to other pages and create a new Adwords campaign to get some traffic started.

Then I will either buy or request reciprocal links from high relevant websites With PR4 and above. You buy links with PR5 and above for a reasonable amount. Do a search for Then watch my Adsense income build!

Google loves relevant content on your site or sites linking to it.

Another way to get listed in the top 10 or Google is writing articles. This is another article coming soon!

With Google Adwords you can get click-throughs within minutes and if targeted to the right prospect, sales in minutes.

Five Things To Look For In An Article Directory

If you're interested in article marketing, it's not enough to write great articles. You also need to get them accepted at the right directories. But not all article directories are created equal. Here are five things to look for when submitting your articles to online directories.

High rankings. There's no point in submitting articles to a directory that won't get you traffic. One of the benefits of publishing on article directories involves attracting traffic to your website through the links in your author resource box.

Do a search for keywords in your niche. Chances are at least a few of the results are from article directories. Which directories tend to come up the most? The highest-ranking article directories will get you the most visibility possible for your time. If the directory you consider doesn't come up in search engine queries, it's probably not worth submitting to.

Page rank. Another benefit of article directories is the inbound link from the author resource box. For best effect, you should link to your site using a keyword you want to rank for as the link text-not something generic like "my site." Search engines notice the words used to link to your site, and a link from a highly ranked site carries more weight than one from a site with a low page rank. The site with the higher page rank can offer more valuable links.

Standards. Does the article directory have an editorial policy? If it does, that's both good and bad news. It's bad, because it means your articles won't be seen immediately after you submit them-there will be a delay period while the editors approve your writing. It's also good, because it means the directory pays attention to what's being submitted and doesn't allow itself to degenerate into a spam-promotion site.

Recommendations. What are other people saying about the article directories you're considering? Visit a few search marketing forums and ask for recommendations. If your directory is highly regarded by people who have some experience in article marketing, you're probably safe publishing there.

Statistics. Check to see what sort of features the directory offers to authors. Do they let you track your traffic and click-through rate with detailed statistics? Do they let publishers publish your site as long as they include your links and byline? Do they offer article syndication? It's hard to believe, but some directories don't offer any of these perks. Before publishing, see what extras are available.

Article marketing is all about volume. The more articles you publish, the more successful you'll be. And the better the directory you choose, the harder your articles will work for you. Use these tips, and you should be able to choose the right directory for your article marketing campaign.

Breakthrough Article Marketing - Announcing 3 Key Ways to Supercharge Your Article Marketing

Article marketing is proven to be one of the most powerful tools in terms of traffic generation and product promotion. It is fast becoming the favorites of most webmasters because of its efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The only pitfall that I can see on this technique is the stiff competition among webmasters who are all trying their best to get ahead with their rivals. With millions of articles being posted online on a daily basis, could it be possible that you stand above the rest and make your mark? Of course it is! The secret is applying these 3 key ways to supercharge your article marketing:

1. Quality. The quality of your articles is what will make or break your article marketing campaign. Thus, it is very important that your articles are written in a professional way. As such, make sure that your articles are easy to understand, contains relevant information that will be useful to your potential readers, and they must be free from any grammar and spelling errors. It is also important to note that online users respond well to statistics and figures, so put as much relevant information as you can.

2. Keywords. While writing your articles, it is important to keep search engine optimization in mind. Sprinkle relevant keywords all throughout your articles so they can easily be found by your potential audience who are using search engines.

3. Killer resource box. To make your resource box more compelling, use different anchor texts and link destination on each of your articles. Why? Different anchor text allows you to maximize your clickthroughs by using different keywords that are relevant to your potential readers. Also, I strongly suggest that you perfect your call to action so your readers will be compelled to click on your website's URL for more information.

The 3 Most Important On-Page Optimization Tips For Your Website

Ranking high in search engines is every webmaster's dream. If your website was to be ranked in the top 3 positions for a given keyword, your website will be flooded with highly targeted traffic for free.

In the world of search engine rankings, your ultimate goal is to land the first spot in search results using a targeted keyword. One way to do that is on-page optimization. Lets see how you can do this.

On-page optimization refers to the improvement of both content and structure of the website so you can have better a chance of improving your page rank. There are numerous techniques available, but it does not mean that everything is actually applicable.

There are unethical practices known as Black Hat strategies which are frowned upon. Using those techniques will hurt your website on the long run. Thus, if you do not want to hurt your rank and even your reputation, here are some excellent techniques in on-page optimization which I highly suggest you follow.

1. Keep relevancy in your content. One of the major reasons why other websites would want to link to your website which in turn brings you a massive amount of traffic is because of your content. Another way to do this is to use your articles, and use a number of high-ranking keywords. Their purpose is to allow your article to show up once Internet users utilize your keywords in searching for information. The idea is to get your articles to appear on the first page of search results for a set of keywords that are relevant to your website.

When writing articles and playing with keywords, keep in mind that they should be relevant to the articles that you are writing about. As much as possible, your content should appear natural. Place your keywords at the right places. Most of all, do not over-stuff them. Not only does it make your copies sound incomprehensible, but you will likely get punished by search engines because of such technique. Remember to use keywords sparingly.

2. Validate your HTML. There are a number of disadvantages when you do not double-check your HTML code. One of these is you will never rank well in search engine results. What's more, your website appears disoriented in some of the Internet browsers. There are many tools on the internet that will check your website for HTML errors. AnyBrowser is one of them.

To validate your HTML, you can also utilize a W3C HTML validator. All you need to do is to place your URL in it and allow the application to analyze your HTML codes and your HTML structure. In the end, it can give you a list of errors that you may have done in your webpages. You can then come up with the best solution to your problems.

3. Use for bold text in your heading tags. Here's why. One of the most effective ways to rank well with a particular keyword is to place it in your heading.

If your website is about Cats then place the word "Cat" in the heading of your website before your first paragraph. This is because search engine spiders "read" your content from top to bottom. And thus if you use bold text at the top of your web page you will have a better chance of getting a higher rank. However, to further increase your chances, set the keyword in bold. Spiders will view your keyword as highly relevant to the theme of your website which in turn will help you rank better.

There you have it. Those 3 strategies will help you optimize your website "on page".

Lucrative Article Marketing - 3 Very Simple Steps to Do Article Marketing

The defining aspect of article marketing is to simply allow for your messages to be conveyed in the market thru the use of the article writing. The use of article marketing to relay any important message to the potential client is a proven effective method in both cost and results. These have become the driving forces for the continued trust and usage that a lot of businessmen and marketing experts bestow upon this tool. For the many new business enthusiasts and marketers, there are a few simple steps that you can perform should you want to engage into article marketing. Below are some of them:

a. Clearly define your targeted clients. By knowing who your potential clients are and what they basically ask for in terms of information, you will have a better perspective on how you will be creating your article material and basically the entire marketing process that you have in mind. In addition, this will also allow you to lose some unessential aspects of the article that you may inadvertently write.

b. Clearly define what you will be writing. Since you have pre-collected information about the profile of your targeted clients, you can now start collating some ideas to write for your article. Make sure, though, that the article writing is something that bears relevance in the field of specialization of the prospective readers, which will be deemed functional and usable.

c. Cleary review the contents of your resource box. At the culmination of the article material, you can write important details about you. Make sure that you include your identifiers such as your name, the company that you are representing, and potentially a link that will direct these readers to your own web landing page. However, do not try to make the resource box look like an autobiography. Make it rather short in size but strongly written.

If you are concerned with your website marketing and promotion, which you should be if you want a successful website, then you need to be aware of the importance of utilizing proper targeted keywords in your title tags for your website optimization. I'm not just talking about using keywords in your website content either; I'm talking about in the page titles too. If you optimize your web page content, your Meta keyword tags and your page titles you can see excellent results in terms of increased search engine rankings and thus can receive more high quality website visitors to your site!

When I talk about using targeted keywords in your page titles I am not talking about in your Meta keyword tags. The title tag is separate from your Meta keyword tags and just like your Meta tags is very important. If you don't know already the title tag is what you place between the

<title> and </title> portions of your website code. What you place between these title tags is what will appear in the title bar of Internet browsers when someone views your page. It is very important for your website marketing needs to utilize these tags effectively.

I say targeted keywords instead of just keywords because for best results you should try to make your keywords as targeted towards the content of your website as possible. This will help increase your search engine rankings and make your website marketing efforts worthwhile!

When the search engines rank your web page in their index (thus it will appear in their search results) they take your title tag into consideration. This is why website optimization is such a talked about an important factor for small business websites and personal website alike because effective website optimization can help a website climb to the top of search engine results. When you search for a keyword or a sentence related to your websites content and your website is already ranked in the results, the title of the listing that you will see in all of the major search engines is actually what you have placed between your title tags. As you can probably imagine this makes it important for more than just increasing your search engine rankings since it is what searchers will actually see when they look for content related to your site. By this I mean that the title of your page is what will actually get potential visitors to actually click through to visit your site.

If you have designed your website yourself then you should know that every single page of your website should be optimized if you want it to appear in the results. I highly recommend that you go through all your pages and make sure that the titles within the title tags are all keyword optimized and relevant to the content on that specific page. Targeted keyword optimization is something that you will want to do throughout the content of your pages and the main keywords are what you will want to place in your title. You will also want to learn more about Meta keyword tags because they are important too.

In choosing your title tags in your website optimization efforts you will want to try to stay away from "stop" words. These are words that aren't directly content related and connect sentences generally. I recommend you stay away from them because they are ignored by many search engines when indexing your site. Words such as "and", "or", "I", "of" and "at" are examples of stop words. Trying to use as little stop words as possible in choosing your website title will not just limit how many words get indexed by the search engines but also will give you more valuable space in your title to use content rich targeted keywords.

Unless your business name is commonly searched for in the search engines there really isn't too much of a need to place it in your title tags itself when performing your website optimization. Doing so just uses valuable space that you could utilize with targeted keywords. If somebody searches in a search engine and doesn't already know about your business then having it in your title won't make them want to click through to visit your site. It is generally only after they have been to your site and like what you offer that the average visitor will be interested in your business name itself.

If you are wanting to be at the top of the search results for your business name itself you may wish to include your business name in the title, but I suggest using keyword rich words in your title that are searched for more often. Once you have your business website or personal website keyword optimized you will want to move on with your website marketing and start driving traffic to your site. You should see your pages climb the search engine results for your chosen keywords and will begin to see more natural traffic appearing to your website on a regular basis!

Article Marketing - Re-purpose Your Articles in Your Blog and Build "Article Intrigue"

Article marketing is simply getting your information in front of as many eyes as possible in as many consumable forms as possible.

One of the best and easiest ways to do this is to re-purpose your articles in your blog.

The only real challenge is that at 300 to 500 words most articles are too long for your average blog post.So here aretwo ways to create several blog posts out of one article and build a little "article intrigue" while your are at it.

1. Split your article into three separate blog posts over an interval of three days or longer. This is especially simple if you have made 3 major points in your article. It can be done with any article though. In the first post use about a third of your article. At the end of the post, tell the reader a bit about what to expect in the next blog post. And so on.

2. Another great way to do this is to use the "read more" function on your blog. The read more icon on Word Press blogs looks like a sheet of paper cut in half. This is essentially what you are doing. At some point in your article place the read more command and your article stops there, creating a small post. When the reader clicks on the "read more" link they are taken to a new page and the rest of the article.

Bonus tip: To build in a little "article intrigue" place the read more link in the middle of a thought such as "something works really well for me is" and then place the read more link right there.

As you know, great page ranking means more traffic as your website will be highly visible on search page results.

Here are the 7 phenomenal ways to make money with article marketing:

1. Give your readers good content. Make your readers feel that you truly appreciate the time they spend on your articles by giving them what they are truly looking for - information. Through your content, provide them with answers to their questions or give them information that can help in resolving their pressing issues.

2. Maximize your resource box. To easily increase your conversion rate, use up to three hyperlinks on your resource box. These should compose of at least two anchor texts that use the most searched keywords within your target niche and one absolute URL.

3. Multiply the number of your output. You can easily boost the number of your quality inbound links through article marketing by augmenting the number of your articles and submissions. As you know, you will earn one backlink for your website every time you submit an article.

4. Perform a keyword analysis. Before you write your articles, you need to figure out what specific information your potential clients are looking for. This can be done by identifying the most searched keywords on your chosen niche. Write articles that target each keyword so you can effectively give your readers quality and highly targeted content.

5. Do your research. Check reputable resources when writing your articles to make them content-rich and fact-base. Avoid writing your articles base solely on what you know to avoid misleading your readers.

6. Distribute your articles. Register on all major article submission sites that have great page ranking and steady traffic just like ezinearticles and goarticles dot com. These are the sites where you should post your articles to so you can give them the exposure they need and increase their chances of being read and widely republished.

7. Check the performance of your articles. Identify which articles are not generating enough attention online. Improve them by making their titles more interesting and their content more informative to increase their clickthrough and conversion rate.

On first glance, it would seem that keyword elite is just an application for suggesting keyword phrases, this is something that can be done in less expensive or even free resources already so why the extra cost. Well, the reason for this is keyword elite is actually 5 applications in one performing various tasks to help you with Internet Marketing.
